Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Bacon

1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup finely diced lean bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
Recipe
1.Melt butter and add bacon. Cook until crisp. Add onions and cook about 5 minutes.
2.Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Cook over high heat, 3 or 4 minutes.
3.Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Cook over high heat if necessary to reduce liquid. Add parsley.
