Orange Glazed Carrots

1 lb. fresh baby Carrots
1/3 cup Orange Marmalade
2 tbls. Butter
2 tsp. Dijon style Mustard
1/2 tsp. grated fresh Ginger
Recipe
In a skillet, over high heat, bring 1” lightly salted water to a boil, add carrots and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10-12 minutes until crisp tender. Drain, Return carrots to pan, stir in marmalade, butter, mustard, and ginger. Simmer uncovered over medium heat about 3 minutes until carrots are glazed.
