1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerets
1 small cauliflower, cut into flowerets
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
In large skillet, melt butter in olive oil. Cook broccoli and cauliflower in butter mixture for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the red pepper, garlic, salt and pepper, and continue cooking vegetables 2 to 3 minutes or until the vegetables are just tender.
Yields 6 servings
