1 pound fresh asparagus
1/4 C. unsalted butter
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. toasted sesame seed
2 T. sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Cook asparagus in boiling salted water 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp, drain. Rinse under cold water; pat dry. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add asparagus, heat to serving temp, stirring frequently.
