    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    2 T butter
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 cup swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 T butter, melted

    Recipe



    Thaw spinach and drain, retaining half of liquid. Melt 2 T butter over low heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until blended well. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper, mixing well. Add cheeses and spinach, mixing well. Pour into greased 9 x 9 casserole. Combine crushed crackers and 2 T butter. Spread over top of spinach mixture. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Serves 4-6.
