    24 oz Baby Carrots, pared
    2 tb Unsalted Butter, softened
    1 ts Grated Lemon Rind
    3 ts Fresh Lemon Juice
    2 tb Snipped Fresh Dill
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Fresh Ground Pepper

    Recipe



    Cook carrots in steamer basket over simmering water in covered saucepan
    for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender. Transfer carrots to bowl. Toss with
    butter, lemon rind, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Serve
    immediately.
