    Stringbeans with Garlic and Olive Oil

    One head of garlic (about 10-12 cloves)

    One two pound bag frozen string beans (fresh string beans are better)

    Olive Oil

    Salt

    Recipe



    Peel and mince the garlic.

    In a heavy skillet or wok, add 1/4 cup of Olive Oil and let it get hot.

    Sautee the garlic until golden

    Add in the bag of string beans and stir until the beans are coated in oil. Add a little salt.

    Add 1/8 cup of water, lower the heat and let the string beans steam in the mixture until done. You may need to add a little water as the water evaporates. Be careful not to add too much water. You want almost no water left when the beans are done.
