    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 (15-ounce) can sliced carrots, drained

    Recipe



    Combine butter, brown sugar, mustard, and salt in a 12-inch non-stick skillet. Cook until blended. Add carrots. Fry until carrots are heated and glazed. Yields 1 _ cups or 4 servings.
