    4 Zucchini
    2 tb Olive Oil
    2 tb Vinegar
    1 cl Garlic, mashed
    1/2 ts Basil
    1/2 ts Oregano
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Wash, trim, and slice zucchini. Saute in oil until slightly soft. Drizzle
    vinegar over zucchini while cooking. Add garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and
    pepper. Toss to coat well. Serve hot or cold.
