List of Ingredients
2 6-oz jars artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 cups grated low-fat cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
Recipe
Drain and chop artichokes. Sauté onion in non-stick pan coated with Pam. Beat eggs and add crumbs and seasoning. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into a greased 7x11 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool a little before cutting into squares. Serve hot or cold
