    List of Ingredients




    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 Tbsp chopped garlic
    1 pound mushrooms (1-1/2 to 2-inch-wide caps), rinsed and drained
    3 Tbsp dry sherry
    1/4 tsp hot chili flakes
    1 Tbl chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In a frying pan over high heat, stir oil, garlic, and mushrooms until garlic is limp, about 2 minutes. Add sherry and chili flakes; cover and simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is evaporated and mushrooms are browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Stir in parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot or at room temperature.
