List of Ingredients
1 8oz ff cream cheese
1/2 cup ff sour cream
2 T ff mayonnaise
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp garlic salt
2 6oz cans crabmeat-drained and flaked or 1/2 pound imitation crab
1/3 cup plus 2 T shredded low fat cheddar
1/3 cup plus 2 T shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
Melba rounds
Recipe
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, mayo, worcestershire, seafood seasoning, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic salt. Mix well. Stir in crab, 1/3 cup cheddar, and 1/3 cup mozzarella. Place in shallow 1 qt baking dish coated with Pam. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 350 for 25-30 min. Serve warm with melba rounds. Yield 2 1/2 cups.
