List of Ingredients
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Cup Dried Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Dash Cayenne Pepper
12 Frigo Brand Light String Cheese Pieces
1/2 Cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
Pizza Sauce
Butter Flavored Nonstick Cooking Spray
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine first 8 ingredients in a plastic bag (you'll only use about 1/2 of the mixture, but you need this amount to coat properly). Dip cheese in yogurt then place each stick in plastic bag and shake lightly. Remove cheese from bag and place on baking sheet. Continue with each mozzarella stick until complete. Spray the top of the mozzarella sticks with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Heat pizza sauce and serve 2 tablespoons with each mozzarella stick.
