    List of Ingredients




    12 oz mushroom(s)
    2 garlic clove(s) (I use the bottled type)
    2 oz fat-free cream cheese
    2 Tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan-style Grated Topping
    1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth

    Recipe



    Scoop out the mushroom caps and dice up the stems. The diced stems are the base for the other ingredients that you stuff back into the mushrooms.
    Mix above ingredients minus the mushrooms and chicken broth. Add salt and pepper and stuff in mushroom caps. Place in a baking dish and pour chicken broth over the mushroom caps. Cook at 350 until mushrooms are soft.
