List of Ingredients
1 cup Shredded vegetables. ( carrots, onions, mushrooms, spinach, celery, etc.)
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
16 wonton wraps. Square or round
Recipe
Sauté carrots, onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan sprayed with Pam. Add I teaspoon soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add spinach. Let vegetable mixture cool. Add one tablespoon of the veggie mix, to each wonton. Moisten edges of wonton with water and fold over, press to seal. Steam dumplings 5-10 minutes depending on how al dente you want the pasta to be. Sauté dumplings in Pam and remaining teaspoon of soy sauce until golden brown. Approx. 1 minute.
