List of Ingredients
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe
Blend all ingredients together in blender. Mixture will not be entirely smooth, but blend till not lumpy either.
Cook on a hot griddle.
6 pts for entire recipe (about 4 small pancakes)
