    1 lb. 96/4 lean ground beef
    1/2 cup diced green peppers
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 packet taco seasoning and amount of water on directions
    1 14.5 oz. can mexican style diced tomatoes
    1 15oz. can black beans (rinsed and drained)
    6 ea. 8 in. Arizona brand 98% fat-free flour tortillas (walmart)
    1 16oz. can fat-free refried beans
    2 cups Kraft fat-free cheddar cheese (divided 3 ways)
    9 tbsp. fat-free sour cream

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, cook beef, gr. peppers and onions, til meat is fully cooked. Drain off any oil. Add taco seasoning and water, bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in back beans and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. In a 13 by 9 baking dish coat with pam cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas in bottem and spread with half of the refried beans and half of the meat mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat this step one more time. Then top with remaining 2 tortillas and the last of the cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350* for
    25 to 30 minutes or until throughly heated and cheese is melted. Let rest for 15 minutes once pulled from oven so lasagna will set-up. Cut into 9 portions and top each serving with 1 tbsp. sour cream. Enjoy
