List of Ingredients
1 lb potatoes, scrubbed & chunked
½ pkg onion soup mix
10 ¾ oz 98% ff cream of mushroom soup
2 lb beef roast
1 c. beer
1 ½ lbs baby carrots
Recipe
Place potatoes in bottom of the 5 quart crock. Place roast over potatoes. Combine beer, soup mix and soup and pour over roast. Place carrots over roast.
Yield: 7 servings= 408 cals, 22g fat, 4g fiber, 27g carb, 24g protein, 682mg sodium
