    Core and peel 10-15 apples and place them in a crock pot.

    add about 3/4 cup of water
    1/4 cup of Splenda
    cinnamon and nutmeg to flavor
    dash of vanilla

    cook it on high for about 4 hours until the apples are falling apart and easy to mash
