Italian Burgundy Pot Roast

List of Ingredients
3 lbs beef chuck pot roast
7-10 red potatoes, cubed
2 cups fat free beef broth
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1 whole white onion coarsely chopped
5 cloves of garlic (less or more to taste)
1 packet dry Italian dressing packet
Pepper
Recipe
Rub Italian dressing packet on meat and sprinkle pepper over meat and place in crock pot. Pour broth and wine around roast. Add onions and garlic to broth/wine mixture and place potatoes over top of meat. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
