Serving Size: ½ cup pork
List of Ingredients
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
1 pound Pork Tenderloin
1 lb coleslaw
9 ounces barbecue sauce
Recipe
Mix 1-7 ingredients together.
Make slits in the tenderloin. Rub the rub all over tenderloin.
Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the frig overnight.
Remove plastic wrap. Place tenderloin in crock pot with about 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Remove from pot and place in a bowl. Discard juices in the crock pot.
Using two forks shred the pork. Mix in additional barbeque sauce to taste.
Serve on split the rolls. Put a dash of hot sauce on the bottom half, then 2 Tbsp of coleslaw, the ½ cup of the pulled pork. Top with roll cover. Enjoy!
