    List of Ingredients




    2 Cups Uncle Ben's Converted Rice, uncooked
    1 (28 oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) Can Tomato Paste
    3 Cups Hot Water
    1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken, diced
    1 Medium Onion, chopped
    1 Medium Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
    1 (4 oz.) Can Diced Green Chilies
    1/2 teaspoon Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

    Recipe



    Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Mix all ingredients together inside crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until rice is tender. Do not over cook or the rice will be mushy.
