    ~ 1 pound uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast(s)
    ~ 8 slices Farmland Deli Style Honey Ham, 97% Fat Free
    ~ 4 cheese Laughing Cow, The Light Original
    ~ 1/8 cup dried bread crumbs
    ~ Seasoning salt

    Recipe



    preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    Place each chicken breast between wax paper and pound to 1/4 in thick.
    Place 2 slices of ham and spread one cheese wedge on each chicken breast. Roll up
    and secure with toothpicks. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken seam side down on dish sprinkle with seasoning salt and bread crumbs evenly on each chicken breast. Bake 35 to 45 mins until juices run cleared and evenly browned
