List of Ingredients
1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large red pepper, chopped (about 1-1/4 cups)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Recipe
COOK and stir chicken, peppers and garlic in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
ADD 2 cups water; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender and water is almost absorbed.
ADD VELVEETA LIGHT and spinach; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
Special Extra
Add 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for an added kick!
