    Cookign spray
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup semisweet chocolate mini chips
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    3/4 c granulated sugar
    1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
    1/4 c creamy peanut butter
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 large egg
    1 large egg white
