    30 pieces fat-free pretzels (3 servings of whatever kind of fat free pretzel)
    2 Tbsp light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Soft Spread Margarine
    8 oz Kraft Philadelphia Brand Free Fat-Free Cream Cheese
    8 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
    2 oz powdered sugar
    10 gm Jell-O Sugar-Free Strawberry (1 small box)
    1 cups strawberries -- sliced

    Coarsely chop pretzels. Mix together, pretzels, margarine and brown sugar. Place in bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 400 for 15 mins. Mix together until smooth: cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. After crust has cooled, spread creamy topping. Mix 1 C hot water and 1 box of strawberry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Slice strawberries and add to Jell-O. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Set in fridge for several hrs until set.
