1 1/2 cup Quaker Oats Quick Oats
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals Splenda brown sugar blend
1 items egg white(s)
1/4 cup Quaker Oats Quick Oats Cereal
1 Tbsp McNeil Nutritionals Splenda brown sugar blend
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp fat-free margarine
Recipe
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spray muffin pan with Pam. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add applesauce, milk brown sugar blend, and egg white. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups almost full. Melt fat free margarine. Combine remaining ingredients including melted margarine; sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake 20 - 22 minutes or until deep golden brown. Serve warm.
