4 lean pork chops
1/4 tsp honey
1/4 cup lemon juice, canned or bottled
2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic clove(s)
Recipe
In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, brown pork chops on both sides. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 160. In a bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce & garlic. Remove chops & keep warm. Add honey mixture to the skillet; cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over chops.
