    Enough carrot sticks to fill a pint sized jar
    2 tbs. white wine vinegar
    ½ tsp. dried Mexican chilies, crushed

    Recipe



    Peel and slice carrots into sticks and place into pint sized jar. Add vinegar and chilies. Add enough cold water to fill jar. Put lid on jar and refrigerate for several hours. They got hotter over time.
