List of Ingredients
8 oz. chick peas (garbonzo) soaked overnight and cooked until tender
2 garlic cloves
3 tbs. olive oil
Juice of 1-2 lemons
4 tbs. natural yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Paprika for garnish
Recipe
Put oil, juice of 1 lemon, olive oil and yogurt into blender and blend until smooth. Add the chick peas and crushed garlic and spices. Blend until smooth. Serve with pita bread.
