    Tropical Fruit Smoothie
    (Serves 2)
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled
    3 oranges, peeled and seeded
    1 banana, peeled
    6 ice cubes

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
    Variations: Substitute different fruits such as pineapple, strawberries, or grapes.

    Total calories per serving: 192; Total fat as % of daily value: 2%; Protein: 3 gm; Carbohydrates: 48 gm; Fat: 1 gm; Calcium 102 mg; Iron 0.7 mg; Sodium: 5 mg; Dietary Fiber: 6 gm.

    Fruit Whiz
    (Serves 2)
    1 cup soy milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 large oranges, peeled and sections
    1 large banana, peeled
    5 ice cubes

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
    Variation: Substitute 3 peeled tangerines for the oranges. Make sure to remove all seeds before blending.

    Total calories per serving: 192; Total fat as % of daily value: 6%; Protein: 7 gm; Carbohydrates: 36 gm; Fat: 4 gm; Calcium 98 mg; Iron 1 mg; Sodium: 66 mg; Dietary Fiber: 4 gm.

    Blended Delight
    (Serves 4)
    2 bananas, peeled
    1 peach, peeled and pitted
    6 strawberries
    4 cups orange juice

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.
    Variation: Substitute blueberries for strawberries and/or different juices for the orange juice.
