    Recipe from: Agnes Williams Fleming 1895 -1993 County Cork, Ireland (My husband Dave’s Irish Grandmother)

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick of butter, softened
    3/4 Cup Sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 3/4 Cups sifted flour
    1/2 golden raisins & 1/2 cup currants

    Recipe



    Cream together the sugar and butter. Add sour cream and eggs. Beat in dry ingredients. Add raisins and currants and mix well. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spoon batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

    Optional
    Mix 1/4 sugar and 1/8 cup milk and spread on top for a glaze (LAST 10 MINUTES OF BAKING). Bake 10 more minutes.

    Baking time 50 minutes.

    Serves 12
