    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb vanilla Nabisco's (pink ice cream wafers)
    • 1/2 c soft butter
    • 1 c powdered sugar
    • 2 eggs (use egg beaters instead)
    • 1 c nuts, chopped
    • 16 oz frozen raspberries
    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 2 T cornstarch
    • 1 c water
    • 1 T raspberry Jello
    • 1 1/2 c whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Grind Nabisco's & put half in the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan.
    2. Let raspberries defrost with 1/2 c sugar on them.
    3. Drain any juice that forms into a cup & add water to make 1 cup.
    4. Combine with cornstarch; cook until thickened & stir in 1 T dry Jello, mixing well. Cool. Mix in raspberries.


    5. Combine butter, powdered sugar & egg beaters. Gently spread on crumbs. Sprinkle with nuts.
    6. Layer the raspberry mixture on top.
    7. Spread the whipped cream over the raspberry layer & top with remaining crumbs.
    8. Chill 24 hours before serving.

    9. Can use crushed pineapple, well drained in place of raspberries & omit the Jello.
