Recipe Introduction


BABY FOOD DOG COOKIES:
Combine 3 jars of chicken or beef baby food (make sure it has no onion), 1/4 c cream of rice cereal
& 1/4 c non-fat milk. Roll dough into balls & flatten slightly, place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350' for 15 minutes. Store refrigerated.

BARLEY BEEF BISCUITS:
Combine 2 c beef broth, 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil, 4 T parsley, 2 c barley flour & 3-4 c rye flour.
Knead the dough until it is smooth. Roll & cut the dough with cookie cutters. Place on greased
cookie sheets. Bake 350' for 30 minutes.

PUMPKIN TREATS:
Combine 15 oz can of puréed pumpkin (pure) , 3/4 c cream of rice cereal & 1/2 c dry non- fat
powdered milk. Mix the ingredients together & drop by the spoonful onto a greased sheet. Bake
300' for 15-20 minutes.

CHEEZY TREATS:
Mix together 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, 2 c rice flour & 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil in a. Food processor
Mix until it is the consistency of cornmeal. Slowly add four 1/2 T of water until it forms a ball. Roll
out dough, cut with cookie cutters & place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 degrees for 10-15
minutes or until brown. Store in the refrigerator.

NEVER FEED YOUR DOG: raisins, chocolate, onions, or grapes!!!
