    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb lean ground beef
    • 1 c onion
    • 1 1/2 c celery, sliced
    • 2 (15oz) cans kidney beans
    • 3 c shredded cabbage
    • 2 c beef broth (bullion)
    • 2 (14.5) oz diced tomatoes
    • 1 T chili powder
    • 2 T sugar
    • 2 t salt
    • 1 T Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef with onions & celery.
    2. Add undrained beans.
    3. Stir in cabbage
      beef broth, tomatoes, chili powder, sugar, salt & Worcestershire sauce.
      Bring to a boil.
    4. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 1 hour.
    5. Freezes well.
