CABBAGE PATCH STEW

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 c onion
- 1 1/2 c celery, sliced
- 2 (15oz) cans kidney beans
- 3 c shredded cabbage
- 2 c beef broth (bullion)
- 2 (14.5) oz diced tomatoes
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 T sugar
- 2 t salt
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown beef with onions & celery.
- Add undrained beans.
- Stir in cabbage
beef broth, tomatoes, chili powder, sugar, salt & Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover & simmer 1 hour.
- Freezes well.
