    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c nonfat dry milk powder
    • 1/2 T dried crushed thyme
    • 1/4 c cornstartch
    • 1/2 T dried crushed basil
    • 1/4 c instant chicken bullion
    • 1/4 t salt
    • 1/4 t pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients, using a blender or food processor. Store in an air tight container.
    2. To prepare as a substitute for 1 can cream soup in recipes; stir together 1/3 c dry mix & 1 1/4 c water in a saucepan. Cook & stir until thickened.
    3. Yield: equivalent to 9 cans of soup.
    4. Can add things like mushrooms, celery, onion or what ever would enhance what you are making. (saute veggies before adding to the soup mixture)
