2 oz. nonfat cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream
14 large strawberries
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed


Recipe



Beat together cream cheese and sour cream. Cut an X through each strawberry, starting at the pointy end and cutting through nearly to the stem end, being careful that berries remain in one piece. Carefully stuff the berries with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.

** NOTE: You can also hull the strawberry and pipe the cream cheese mixture into them if preferred.
