List of Ingredients
2 cups Fiber One Cereal
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 egg
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Mix together cereal and milk and let stand for 5 minutes.
Mix all wet ingredients well.
Combine all dry ingredients together and blend into wet ingredients with a rubber spatula.
Divide batter into 12 muffin cups.
Bake @ 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
