List of Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour, plus about 1 tbsp. for dusting surface
2 tbsp. splenda (I used 2 packets)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp Land O' Lakes Light Butter, slightly frozen or really really chilled
1/2 cup skim milk really really cold
Recipe
In a large bow, mix the 1 1/4 cups flour, splenda, baking powder and salt. Cut butter into dough until the butter is in small pea size bits. Slowly add the milk and mix with fork just until dough holds together.
Form dough into a dish and wrap in plastic wrap. Allow dough to rest in fridge for at leas 1 hour (it will develop flavor and be easier to roll).
Roll out on lightly floured surface. Place dough in pie plate. Refrigerate until needed.
Bake according to recipe you are using directions. For blind baking, bake at 350 until desired doneness.
