2 c. pumpkin seeds
1/4 c. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
Recipe
Mix above ingredients with seeds. Spread on cookie sheet with sides and bake 1 hour at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
Enjoy.
PUMPKIN DIP
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 can pumpkin pie filling
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
Combine sugar and cream cheese. Add other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate.
PUMPKIN PUNCH
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
14 oz. ginger ale, chilled
Blend first 5 ingredients. Chill. Add ginger ale just before serving. 6-8 servings.
