    Ingredients:
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (miniature if you
    can find them)
    1 1/2 cups buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup melted butter
    Directions:
    1. In a large bowl, mix the following:
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1/2 cup chocolate chips (miniature if
    you can find them)

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, beat:
    1 1/2 cups buttermilk
    2 large eggs
    1/4 cup melted butter

    Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients
    just until evenly moistened (batter
    will be lumpy)
    Scrape into a buttered and floured 9
    x 5 inch loaf pan, and bake in a 350
    degree oven until a wooden skewer
    inserted in the center comes out
    clean, about 50 minutes.
