    THIS CAKE CAN BE FROZEN AND TAKED OUT IN SLICES AS NEEDED

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. sugar
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk

    Recipe



    Cream butter. Add sugar and cream. Add eggs, flavoring and beat well. Sift flour, soda, and salt and add alternately with milk. Bake in greased, floured 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
