2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. celery
1 c. potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 sm. onion, sliced (or minced onion)
to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. butter
Recipe
Mix the chicken broth, celery, potatoes and onion into a simmering broth and cook 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add milk, parsley, oregano, and butter. Serve with croutons.
