1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
1 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream
Recipe
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once, continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfulls, 3 inches apart, on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool. Fill with cream filling below. In mixer bowl, blend 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pudding mix and one cup milk. Add two cups whipping cream. Beat about 2 minutes until soft peaks form. 12 cream puffs.
