    List of Ingredients






    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 egg, unbeaten
    1 egg yolk, unbeaten
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    Dash of salt
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar (granulated)
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 egg white
    1 tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper liners in cupcake tray. In small bowl with mixer at medium beat cream cheese, egg, egg yolk, 1/4 cup sugar and dash of salt until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips and set bowl aside. In large bowl sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine water, salad oil, egg white, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well with fork. Add all at once to dry ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly with fork.
