GREAT FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
List of Ingredients
DOUGH:
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla or almond extract
FILLING:
Jelly,jam, or preserves ( try orange marmalade)
Cinnamon
Sugar
Chopped nuts
Recipe
Mix and chill above for at least 4 hours in freezer. Cut in quarters, work one quarter at a time. Leave remainder in freezer until needed. Roll out thin; cut in triangles. Fill with mixture of jelly, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoons cinnamon and chopped nuts. Roll from wide end to point. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until brown.
