    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1/4 c. diced hot pepper
    1 1/2 c. red vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt

    Recipe




    Bring ingredients to a boil in a large kettle and continue to boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 bottle Certo. Return to heat and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour in small jars. Yield: 10 baby food jars. Serve on crackers with cream cheese.
