List of Ingredients
3-4 lb. beef pot roast
5-6 carrots
1 yellow onion
4-5 peeled Russet potatoes
1 bag-n-seasons bag with seasoning in
it
3/4 c. waterRecipe
Clean and rinse pot roast. Cut and peel carrots and potatoes; cut into bite size pieces. Cut onion into whole slices. Place roast into bag (using either cake pan or roaster). Add carrots, potatoes and onion. Add 3/4 cup water and spices. Roast 3-4 hours depending on size of roast. Shake pan to stir juices on top of meat every hour.
