    Bake or Scalloped Potatoes
    Easy creamed Spinach
    Celery sticks & Apple Wedges
    Raspberry cream

    MEAT LOAF:
    1/2 lb. ground beef or veal
    1/4 lb. ground lean pork
    1 1/2 med. slices soft bread,
    torn in pieces & 1/2 c.
    milk or 1/2 c. dry
    bread crumbs & 2/3 c.
    milk
    1 egg, beaten (or omit)
    2 tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. each pepper, dry mustard,
    celery salt & garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Catsup

    Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 2 loaves in shallow baking pan. Spread with catsup or your favorite bottled barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour, until done. 4 servings. NOTE: Serve one loaf hot; serve the other cold for another dinner.
