    NUTS HAVE A LARGE PLACE IN OUR HOME. I TRY TO EAT A FEW EVERY DAY OR AT LEAST FIVE DAYS A WEEK. THESE ARE SPECIAL, SO WOULD BE A SPECIAL TREAT.

    List of Ingredients






    2 c. sugar
    1 tbsp. flour
    5/8 c. milk
    1/2 tbsp. oleo
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Juice of 1 orange
    Grated rind of both
    4 c. pecans

    Recipe




    Mix sugar and flour well. Add milk and oleo and let boil. Add juice and rind. Cook until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in cup of cold water. Pour over pecans. Beat until creamy and nuts fall apart. Turn out on brown paper, separate with 2 forks.
